Navigating Report Lists

  1. Click on the 9 dots

 

  1. Search for reports

 

  1. Select reports

 

  1. You will see a menu like so:

 

  1. Recent: A list of report you have accessed recently – it will sort by most recently accessed report at the top of the list
  2. Created by Me: A list of all reports you have created yourself
  3. Private Reports: All of the lists marked private, this will most commonly be the same list of reports s appear in your “Created by Me” list
  4. Public Reports: A list of all the public reports you have the ability to access and use. These could be in the overall public folder (shared with everyone) or be in folders that are shared with you
  5. All Reports: A list of all reports you have access to view
  6. All Folders: A list of all of the folder where reports are contained that you have access to
  7. Created by Me: The folder containing all reports you have created yourself
  8. Shared with Me: A list of all reports that have been directly shared with you by other users
  9. All Favourites: You are able to flag reports as “Favourite”, this will contain a full list of these reports.
