Adding Post Event Stats
This guide is designed to assist when adding event statistics to the Event EM once the has been the event has been attended and ASA12 form has been returned to Event Health Services to be recorded.
Note: This function has been specifically created to sequentially, as it would appear on the ASA 12 form, for ease of data entry.
Initial search
This guide assumes you are in the Event EM, if this is not the case please search for the Event EM (URL link) first
Select Event Statistics
Select the drop-down box arrow on the right-hand side of the screen.
Select Event Statistics.
Event Statistics pop-up
Transcribe information from the ASA12 form regarding event specific details.
Note: has the event hours been entered into DEMS?
Save
Transcribe remaining statistics as required.
Click on Save.
