Cloning an Event

This guide is designed to assist when cloning an Event, where there are multiple events planned for the one account where there is the required for volunteers or salaried staff members to attend to provide first aid services.

 

This guide assumes you are in the Event EM, if this is not the case please search for the Event EM (URL link) first

 

Select Event Scheduling

 

Select Event Scheduling tab.

 

Create the recurrence frequency

 

 

  1. Reoccurrence period:
  • i. Daily – Will create the event across sequential days for the recurrence amount
  • ii. Weekly – Will create the event on the same day every week for the recurrence amount
  • iii. Fortnightly – Will create the event on the same day every fortnight for the recurrence amount
  • iv. Monthly– Will create the event on the same date every month for the recurrence amount
    1. Reoccurrence amount: Limited to 52 maximum per clone run

    • Note: If picking daily you can clone multiple events on the same day by selecting the “Same Day” checkbox.

     

    Next

     

    Click on Next to clone the event

    You should receive the following message of completion.

     

     

    Select Related tab to confirm cloned events have been created.
