1. Go the to Event EM record
2. Go down to DEMS Information
3. Check to see the DEMS id is not empty

1. Change Sync to DEMS to true (or false)

Note: this will allow any changes to sync automatically. When someone is made inactive it is automatically turned off.

• When it is unticked (default for most contact records) no sync between salesforce and DEMS will occur.
• When it is ticked changing any field that relates to DEMS will automatically synchronise to DEMS and update the DEMS record.
• Updating an existing event in DEMS will sync to salesforce and turn this checkbox on.

1. Go to a Shift
2. Go to DEMS info
3. Check to see if the DEMS Id is empty

• If this shift has been synced, it cannot be turned off without being deleted
• Rosters sync status is controlled by the shift.
