Adding a new Training Product (Salesforce)

Creating a course product request

This guide details how to create a case for a new product in Sales Force.

As discussed in the Product Information User-Guide, all products involving training are managed by National. They are responsible for the product creation in Salesforce.

Select Cases

 

Select cases tab

Select new case

 

Select new case

Select the case type

 

Select enquiry case type

Click on next

Data capture

  • Case reason: Other
  • Case reason: New course product
  • Subject: enter new course or an appropriate title
  • Description: include all relevant details about the new course

Upon completion

 

Request will appear as a new case.

Next Steps

  • Attach documents to the case (if required)
  • Reassign the case to the appropriate National team
