Product Information

This guide will outline products in Salesforce. It will explain what products are, what they look like. It is important to note, that no products will be manually created by St John SA in salesforce.

Our integration with MYOBA will create or alter the default pricing for SA.

Other price books and special pricing is managed by SA staff.

To view a stock product

Note: Stock products are created in MYOBA then synchronised with Salesforce via automation. Some editing of the product may be required in Salesforce, please see specific guides for this management.

 

Scroll down to view details of the stock product. In South Australia the only information that can be edited is in restocking information. All other fields are read-only.

Restocking information

 

This section flags different configuration settings of the product. Some of these are editable, and others are related to other fields.

  • Price books
  • Stock levels
  • Product history
  • Please note, some products will have a list price of $0.00. This means St John has inventory of the product, but the product it not available for sale. For example, see above, the product is Adrenaline AMP. St John does not sell this product to the public.
