Updating Special Pricing
This guide is designed to guide you to updating special pricing that have been approved by the relevant stakeholders and now are available for use.
Initial search
All special pricing is located within the account object, this guide assumes you have opened the specific Special Training record for editing. If this is not the case, please locate the account and open the Special Pricing you wish to edit
Updating Details
Select the pencil
Updating Details
Edit any fields you want to change
Always remember to add notes for any changes you make
Save
Click on Save.
Deleting products
Select Related tab
Click on Related.
Delete product
Locate the product you are intending to delete.
Select Delete from the drop-down list for that product.
Confirm deletion
Adding products
Select Related tab
Click on Related.
Select New
Click on New.
Data Capture: New Special Pricing Items pop up
- Product Name: enter product name. For example; Industry First Aid
- Product: enter product name in the search bar and select from the autogenerated list. Read carefully and select the correct product in the section. For Example: IND-PFA (Provide first aid).
- Price Ex GST: enter price for group booking.
- GST: always enter $0 for GST. The system will automatically adjust GST as required.
Save
Click on Save.
