Access to the Restocker App is determined on a per-user basis. If you or a team member need access to the app, but find you can't access it, submit a helpdesk request to [email protected] asking for access to the app.

The administrators will grant access by giving the 'Restocker Restockist Permissions' permission set.
If the user requires additional 'manager' permissions they will also grant the 'Restocker_Additional_Manager_Permissions' permission set.

Once a user has been granted permission to access the app, they can find it by navigating to the 'Salesforce App' menu, searching and selecting the app.

Note: An older restocking app labeled 'Lightning Restocking' may appear. This is an outdated app and is not compatible with the modern Restocker App.

First click on or tap the 9 dots in the top left corner:

Then search for 'Restocker':

Finally select the 'Restocker' app, it will have an icon of a van.

You will then be taken to the homepage of the Restocker app
