Some customers might want to get an idea of how much a Service might cost before they agree to locking in their appointment.

A Service Quote is a specially generated document that takes the 'Required Items' for a Service and calculates an estimated total.

Preparing a Service Quote is similar to performing the actual Service.
Step through the process of selecting Assets to be serviced and add the Required Quantities of the Items you expect to Restock.

Once you'd selected the Required Quantities do not mark them as Delivered.
We use the 'Required Quantity' and the 'Unit Price' of each Item to create the Service Quote.

Once the customer has accepted the Quote, the Restockist will Deliver the Items as they perform the Service.

Service Quotes can only be delivered before a Service has been Completed and transformed into an Opportunity record.
To send a Service Quote, open the 'Complete Service' modal as instructed in 4. Completing a Service and use the button in the footer.

If you can't see the 'Send as Quote' button it means that the Service Quote feature is not enabled for your State or Territory.
Contact your team leader or [email protected] to discuss enabling the feature.

The Quote will begin generating in a new modal.

Once the Quote has been generated, a preview window will appear with the options to send via Email or to Download.
If you would like a full preview of the Quote before delivering to the Service Contact, please download the .pdf file and view it.

Once you have confirmed the Quote, you may deliver it to the customer via the 'Send Email' button.
