Creating Trainer Professional Development
This guide is designed to assist when updating a trainer contact status to allow for delivery of training.
Initial search
- This guide assumes you have found the associated contact. If this is not the case please search for the contact (URL Link) first.
Ensure you are on the “Related” tab of the contact record
Scroll down to “Professional Development Records”
Click on “New”
Select the record type “Professional Development”
Click “Next”
Data capture
- Professional Development Name: refer to Naming Convention (URL Link)
- Other Fields: Fill in all other fields to the extent possible
- Note: Red * is a required field
Create record
Once you have completed entering all of your PD session details, press “Save”
