In line with AVETMISS reporting requirements, telephone numbers contained within our student data have to be in the correct format:-

Number formatting is required as follows:-

• Landlines: Must contain the full 10-digit number - e.g. for QLD: 07 1234 5678
• Mobile Numbers: Must contain 10-digitis - e.g.: 042 223 3356 

We have made some changes within the Salesforce platform to minimise the number of AVETMISS reporting errors resulting from incorrect phone number data-entry. 

Consequently, platform users are required to enter the correct number formatting for the following types of phone numbers within Salesforce:-

1. Home Phone
2. Mobile Phone
3. Work Phone
4. Emergency Contact Home Phone
