Updating Trainer Professional Development
This guide is designed to assist when updating a Professional Development (PD) record for a Trainer Contact.
Initial search
- This guide assumes you have completed a search for the contact. If this is not the case please search for the contact (URL Link) first
Select “Professional Development Records”
Click on the Professional Development Record you wish to change.
Updating field details
Click on the pencil icon to enable editing
Click on “pencil” icon in the product line to update the selected field.
Save changes
Adding related documentation
Adding some form of supporting documentation to the PD record. Typically this will be some certification documentation or other supporting documentation.
Select Related Tab
Select Upload Files
Click on “Upload Files”
Locate the file(s) on your computer
Select the file(s) you want to upload and then select “Open”
Confirm load by pressing “Done”
