Creating a new Service Record

This guide is designed to assist when creating restocking service bookings.

Select Accounts

 

Select the Accounts tab.

Select the Account

 

Locate the account you are wanting to create a restock service for.

Click on the Account.

Confirm Account details

Confirm Assets

 

Scroll down to Assets and confirm that assets exist for the selected account.

This may not always be necessary and is dependent on the account.

Confirm Address

 

Scroll down to confirm an Address exists for the selected account.

Create a new Service Record

 

Scroll up to Services.

Click on New.

Key Fields

  • Assign To: assign to restock service to appropriate staff member.
  • Restocking Address: enter restocking address in the search bar and select address required for this service from the autogenerated list.
  • Service Start Date: enter service start date and start time.
  • Service End Date: enter service end date and end time.
  • Kits to Service: enter number of first aid kits required to be serviced.
  • AEDs to Service: enter number of AEDs required to be serviced.

Save

 

Scroll down past Client Appointment, Additional Information, End of service statistics, Other Information and System Information.

 

Click on Save.
