Checking an Order
This guide is designed to assist when checking order information before finalising a restock. It will tell you what products have been added to the restock and how much the client will be charged. (Less any Restocking or Service Fees) If needed it will allow you to review, add, edit and remove product lines if there is an error.
It is important you review the order at this stage for accuracy, due to the change in process you will no longer have access to correct this in MYOBA.
If you have not commenced the restock then you should go to Beginning a Restock instead.
Initial search
This guide assumes you have just completed the Beginning a Restock process and are still on the service. If this is not the case, please locate open the service record you wish to edit. If you are unsure where the Service is located you can Conduct a Search to locate the record.
Select Order
Orders are associated objects located approximately 1/2 way down a service record. You will need to scroll down on your tablet. Make sure to select the order number similar to the highlight below.
Show all products
When you open an order you will see something like the below screenshot. From here you can see the Order amount inclusive of GST as well as a short list of up to 5 products on the order. You should review both the Order amount and the full product list to confirm the billing will be correct.
If there is more than 5 products you will need to show the full list of products by selecting the button highlighted below.
If there are and errors the next 3 slides will assist you in correcting them.
Reviewing all products in order
This view allows you to see what products have been added to the order, their quantity, unit price and what Kit or Kits they were added as part of.
If anything is missing from this order you will need to go to Adding additional products
If there are products that should not be in the list then you can Deleting incorrect products
If you are looking to edit the list then you can Editing all product rows
Note: In Salesforce all products are priced ex GST.
Note 2: You can navigate back to the main order by selecting the order number in the top left.
Adding additional products
In the event you find a need to add additional products to an order you will need to do so from the main product window. Make sure you are starting from the full Order window as demonstrated by the screenshot in the Show all products step.
When you are on the main page you will select the "Add Product" button

From here you will search for and select the missing product, you may search by name or product code, you will not need to narrow the filtering.
Once you have completed the search you can tick the box against the appropriate product and then press select.
Note: you can add up to 50 different products with multiple searches in one selection cycle
Selecting the quantity
You will now need to add a quantity for the item. Optionally you can also add a line description, this is not required however. You can select "Save" or "Save & More" if you have extra products to add. Cancel will exit the "Add Product" window and cancel the process to add a new product
Editing all rows
In the event you find a need to edit multiple lines on an order you will need to do so from the main product window. Make sure you are starting from the full Order window as demonstrated by the screenshot in the Show all products step.
When you are on the main page you will select the "Edit All" button

This view will show all product lines on the order. From here you will be able to adjust the quantities. In the screenshot below you can see in the line description the specific kit each line relates to.
Once you have made the changes you wish you select save.
Note: Typically Restockists will not have access to edit unit pricing, if this is the case for you the field will be read only instead of editable.
Deleting Rows
In the event you find a need to delete product lines in an order you will need to do so from the Reviewing all products in order window. Make sure you are starting from the full Order window as demonstrated by the screenshot in the Show all products step to access this.
From this window you can see the Edit | Del buttons, simply select Delete and confirm deletion.
Note: In the event you have deleted something by accident you will need to Add the product back using the Adding additional products section

To Navigate back to the service from the Order make sure you can see the full order page from Show all products and select the service record.
