Setting a follow up Service
This guide is designed to assist when setting a follow up restocking service booking from a previous service.
Initial search
All service records are located within the account object, this guide assumes you have opened the specific service record for editing. If this is not the case, please locate the account and open the service record you wish to edit
Create Follow Up Service Record
Select the drop-down arrow from Complete.
Click on the Create New Service.
Next Service Information
- Service Start: enter service start date and start time for follow up service.
- Service End: enter service end date and end time for follow up service.
- Kits to Service: enter number of first aid kits required to be serviced.
- AEDs to Service: enter number of AEDs required to be serviced.
- Customer Preference: This will be automatically generated from customer account details to remind you of the preferred time the customer historically schedules in services.
- Assigned To: assign to follow up service to appropriate staff member.
(Details specific to the account will be automatically assigned to the new service record.)
Save
Click on Save.
Confirm follow up Service
Select the Related tab.
