Changing Products
This guide is designed to assist when modifying an Order. For example. You have entered the incorrect product or product with no associated price.
Select Accounts
Select the Accounts tab.
Select the Account
Locate the account you are wanting to create a restock service for.
Click on the Account.
Select Services
Scroll down to the Services section.
Click on the scheduled Service.
Select Order
Select the Related tab.
Click on the Order.
Review Order Products
Locate the incorrect product and review its details, price, line description, etc.
Edit Order Products
Make necessary changes
Save
Click on Save.
Delete Order Product
Select the product you need to be removed from the Service, using the drop-down arrow.
Click on Delete.
