Updating an Order

Updating an Order

This guide is designed to assist when updating an Order to include new product sales associated with the service.

 

All Orders are located within the service object, this guide assumes you have opened the specific order for editing. If this is not the case, please locate the service and open the order you wish to edit

 

Add Products

 

Click on Add Products.

  1. Search Product: enter product in the search bar and select asset from the autogenerated list.

 

Selecting Products

 

Select the check box for the new product to be added to the Service.

 

Repeat step for each new product.

 

Click on Next.

 

Save  

 

Note: Make sure to include a line description.

Click on Save.
