Creating an Asset from the Restock Portal
This guide is designed to assist when creating a new asset for an onsite restock service if the restock item is does not appear in the asset listing.
Initial search
All service records are located within the account object, this guide assumes you have opened the specific service record for editing. If this is not the case, please locate the account and open the service record you wish to edit
Select Restock
Click on Restock.
Select Create a New Item
Double check restock item does not appear in drop-down list and identify naming convention for restock address.
Enter new item reference in Create a New Item dialog box, using naming convention.

Click on Next.
