Updating a Service Record
This guide is designed to assist when updating a restocking service booking. E.g. the client is requesting a change of date or time of the service.
Initial search
All service records are located within the account object, this guide assumes you have opened the specific service record for editing. If this is not the case, please locate the account and open the service record you wish to edit
Updating Service Details
Select icon
Click on Pencil icon in the product line to update the selected field.
Modify the selected fields
Save
Click on Save.
