Close – not qualifying a Lead

This guide will outline how to close Lead in the situation where it is unlikely the Lead will be converted to a quote or sale.

This guide assumes you are in the Lead, if this is not the case please search for the Lead (URL link) or create the Lead (url link) first

 

Change the Lead stage

 

a: select ”closed not qualified”

b: select “mark as current status”

Confirm status has updated

 

The status is updated as closed – not qualified.

Record a note against the lead

 

Use the “Log a Call” (URL Link) process to detail the reason behind not qualifying the lead.
