Setting an Event on a case

Events in this situation are intended to be specific date / Time reminders for someone to action something. For example you need to call a client at 1pm on Friday.

Initial  search

This guide assumes you are in the associated Case. If this is not the correct please Search for the Case first: Completing a Search

Locate "Open Activities and Select “New Event”

Fill in all of the relevant event fields

  1. Assign to: The event will automatically be assigned to the person creating the event, however you can change it to someone else.
  2. Subject: What do you want the person to do in order to complete the event? (IE: Meeting)
  3. Start Date Time: What time does the meeting start?
  4. End Date Time: What time does the meeting end?
  5. Private: Is this a private booking?
