Setting an event on a Lead

Initial  search

This guide assumes you are in the associated Lead. If this is not the correct please Search for the Lead (URL Link) first.

Go to the Activity tab

 

Select New Event

Data capture

  • Subject: Description of the Event
  • Other Fields: Fill in all other fields to the extent possible
  • Note: Red * is a required field

    • Assign Event to individual responsible

    • Save Event

     

    Verify Event Creation
