Setting a Task on a Case

Tasks are intended to be point in time reminders for someone to action something. For example you send an email to a client and are awaiting a response, you will set a task to remind yourself to follow up in 7 days if they have not responded.

Tasks can also be set to remind others that there are actions they need to do. IE assigning tasks to various people for the Royal Show stand.
