Re-Open an Unqualified Lead

How to re-open a not qualified lead

This guide will demonstrate how to re-open a Lead that was previously closed as not qualified.

This guide assumes you are in the Lead, if this is not the case please search for the Lead (URL link) or create the Lead (url link) first

Review the Lead details

 

Check any notes, call task of chatter history.

Change the status

 

Hover the mouse over the 2nd tick. This will highlight this stage and state in progress

Click “In Progress”

Confirm the status

 

Click on “Mark as Current Status”

 

Confirm change has saved
