Doc Gen also known as Drawloop is a tool that St John uses in order to build dynamic documents from within salesforce.

These documents can be created via

• system automation based on specific triggers (such as Course completion and grading for certificates)
• manual generation (such as Opportunity Quotes)
• or both (such as Booking Confirmation)

Depending on the specific document these may be shared across all St John organisations, or they may be specific to a single state.
