No courses show up when Rescheduling a Booking

Problem

No courses appear when attempting to reschedule a booking.


Cause

The Booking you are attempting to reschedule is from an Industry course and the 'Make a Booking' tab only displays Public courses.

Solution

  1. At the bottom of the COURSE record change the 'Record Type' from Industry to Training Course.



  • When you get the pop up you need to change the 
    1. Product from IND-CPR to CPR.

2. Session Type from Industry to Public.

3. Click Save
