The 'CustomerEmail' is invalid
Problem
When attempting to pay for a Booking the following message is displayed:
The 'ÇustomerEmail' element is invalid - The value 'null' is invalid according to its datatype 'AnyEmail' - The Pattern constraint failed.

Cause
The system cannot pickup an email address from the booking primary contact.
Solution
- Ensure the Booking Contact actually has an email address on their Salesforce CONTACT record.
- Ensure the Booking Contact is the correct person and that you have not selected the wrong person with a similar name.
- If it is the correct person and the correct email address, ensure the person's CONTACT record is not associated with a Company ACCOUNT other than the once you are attempting to book training for.
