Make a CITB Booking
Book a CITB customer onto a Public course
When should I follow this procedure?
A CITB membership customer wants to be booked onto a public course.
1. Click the Make a booking tab
2. Select the check box next to the course intend to book the student into. Then click Add Public Attendee
3. Select a Student or Create a New Student
4. Select the Construction Industry Training Board Membership account
5. Enter the Student's CITB number in the PO Number field. Then click Add Attendee
6. Select the Contact Paying check box. Then click Proceed to Payment
7. Complete the Payment Details section and click Process Payment. Then click Finished
8. You may now view the Booking record. Scroll to the Order section and click the Opportunity hyperlink to review the Order.
9. An Invoice has automatically been sent to MYOB to charge CITB the remainder.
