How to use the calendar

This guide will outline how to read the calendar in Sales Force. Please note, the data in the calendar will not appear in your outlook calendar. Sales Force and Outlook calendars do not integrate with each other.

Any object that has a Start and end date can be entered into the calendar.

Click on the calendar tab

 

This is a third-party tool

Select My Calendars

 

Select Display Settings

 

Select the Calendar or Groups Tab

 

Select a calendar you would like to add, then use the arrow to add it to selected.

 

Move all calendars you want and save

 

Calendars will appear here

 

Select the box so it is coloured in to show the calendar
