Linking Proficiency Products Together

This guide assumes you have already selected the specific proficiency product you wish to link. It outlines how link two different proficiency products together to create the parent / child linking between them.

Any parent proficiencies will require all child proficiencies to already exist in order to successfully be granted within the system.

A proficiency product can be both a child and a parent at the same time.

Go to the related tab of the Proficiency Product

 

Select “New” next to “Children proficiency products” or “Proficiency Units (Child Proficiency)”

 

Set the “Parent” and “Child” proficiency with the relationship you desire

 

Save the record

Note: Select Save and New if creating multiple Parent / Child links

 

Repeat steps until full relationship has been linked together
