If the Committee Approval setting is set in the Volunteer Management Config metadata, new committees will require admin approval before members can be added to them.Please see the SA Committee Creation Approval approval process on the committee object as an example of how to set this up.To change who the approval message goes to, set the approvers in the approval flow.
