Making a Public Booking
This guide will outline how to make a booking for a member of the general public.
Search for “Make a booking”
a: Type and select “make a booking” into the search function
Select a training product
Click on the drop-down menu to select a course
Select the “Region”
Select either Adelaide Metro or SA Regional to filter the search
Select the month/year then filter
a: The calendar will default to the current month, change the month to pick future courses
b: Click on “Filter” to begin the search
Select course
a: Under the “Select” column, tick the box to select the course you are wanting to book. Only courses with availability will be visible
Note: Make sure to confirm the course has enough seats for all attendees being booked in for this transaction
b: Click on “Add Public Attendee”
Add the student’s contact records
a: Student Name: Search for the student’s contact record
Type the name in the search bar
Click on the correct student details
b: Membership: Only applicable if the booking is part of a membership organisation with St John, such as CITB
c: Member PO number: Enter the unique course identifier here (i.e. PCRN for CITB)
Note: This is not their membership number
d: Add the selected attendee
Click on “Create New Student”

AVETMISS and USI details are not mandatory at the time of booking. These details will be required later, for the student to be able to access their certificate
Select “Save”
Process payment
