Add a product to an opportunity
This guide outlines how to add a stock product to an opportunity.
Search for the Opportunity
This guide assumes you have already accessed the opportunity, if you have not done so please complete a search first.
Add product to the opportunity
Go to products
Click on the arrow
Select add products
Confirm price book
Select save
Please note, some staff have the ability to change the price book, based on their access level.
Search and add products
To search for a product, type the name in the search-bar and select the search icon.
Tick the required product
Repeat until you have added all products to the quote and then select next.
Enter the quantity
a: Sales price: excludes GST
b: Line description: If required you can add text in this field. This information will appear on the quote/ invoice.
c: Quantity: mandatory. Please note this must be a whole number, but the system will default by adding .00.
Note: The system does not allow the use of the tab functionality to move across fields.
Click on save
