Closing a lost event opportunity
This guide will outline how to close a losing opportunity.
- Client declines the quote
- St John declines the event
- Customer Service team determines the quote is unlikely to proceed due to lack of contact with the vendor
Search for the Opportunity
This guide assumes you have already accessed the opportunity, if you have not done so please complete a search first.
Close Lose the opportunity
- Select the stage as closed
- Press “Select Closed Stage
Set Closed lost status
Save the record
