Re-opening a lost opportunity
This guide will outline how to re-open an opportunity that had previously the status changed to closed lost.
Note: Typically this will only be re-opened if the client has previously declined and now accepts
Search for the Opportunity
This guide assumes you have already accessed the opportunity, if you have not done so please complete a search first.
Amend notes:
a: Reason for declining quote: click on the edit icon, then delete notes
b: Reason for losing: select none from the drop-down menu
Click on save
