Re-opening a lost opportunity

This guide will outline how to re-open an opportunity that had previously the status changed to closed lost.

Search for the Opportunity

This guide assumes you have already accessed the opportunity, if you have not done so please complete a search first.

Check reason for declining

 

Review why the opportunity was originally marked as closed lost

Change stage to follow up Quote

 

Select follow Up Quote

Mark as current stage

 

Select mark as current stage

Edit reason for declining data

 

Click on the details tab

Scroll down

Clear notes:

a: Reason for declining quote: click on the edit icon, then delete notes

b: Reason for losing: select none from the drop-down menu

Click on save

Log a call (if required)

 

a: Select activity tab

b: Enter details about the call

c: Click on save
