Claining CITB for Sales Team

CITB Claiming Guide for the Sales team:

Instructions for Sales Team:

 

  1. Make the claim of CITB using the CITB website
  2. Go to Salesforce and the Opportunities Object

 

  1. Change the view to “Claiming CITB” or “Claiming CITB TASS Import”

 

  1. Locate the correct PCRN

 

  1. Update the status as “Ok to be Invoiced”

 

  1. Update the Stage to “Closed Won – Training Completed”

 

  1. Save the Changes

 

  1. Process the next record
