Close Winning a corporate opportunity Opportunity

This guide will explain close winning a corporate product opportunity

Note: To close win a product quote you must have something in the PO field. If the client does not require a PO number please follow the Naming Convention.

Search for the Opportunity

This guide assumes you have already accessed the opportunity, if you have not done so please complete a search first.

Add Purchase Order details

 

Save the Purchase Order

 

a: Mandatory field: enter the purchase order # into this field, if known.

If there is NOT a purchase order #, enter relevant text into the field, eg Contact’s name or date.

Click on save

Change stage

 

Click on select “Order Stock”

Mark as current stage

 

Upon completion

 

The stage has been changed to Closed Won – Product Ordered

Select the details tab

 

Scroll down to product summary. You will notice the product opportunity field has been automatically updated with the opportunity name and opportunity stage.
