Logging a Call
Logging a call on an opportunity
This guide will outline how to set a log a call on an opportunity. Log a call: is used, when need to record a communication with the client, it does not have to be a phone call, merely a communication you want to note for yourself or others relating to the opportunity.
Search for the Opportunity
This guide assumes you have already accessed the opportunity, if you have not done so please complete a search first.
Click on the Activity Tab
a: Ensure activity is selected
b: Click on ‘log a call’
c: click the recap your call field.
Enter details of the call
- Who did you talk to?
- How was contact made?
- What was the call about?
- Record notes and save
a: Comments: Record a recap of the call in the comments field.
b: Select save.
