Multi Courses on One Invoice

Multi Trainer Course bookings on a single invoice

Primary use case for this is a School that wants multiple trainers going to a school on a single day to delver training and a single invoice for it all.

Example: https://stjohn.lightning.force.com/lightning/r/Course__c/a022u00000N76oOAAR/view

  1. Go to courses and create a new Industry course (Note: you do not need to create any sessions here)
  2. Set the capacity to the following 1 + (Seats per course * number of courses)
  3. Create the booking for the billing
  4. Go to the booking and set the capacity to 1
  5. Go to the booking’s order and adjust the $ value as needed to match the agreed pricing

(Steps 1-5 follow as if making a standard industry course with composites)

  1. Go back to the course and create the composites (1 for each trainer needed)

Once the composites are made for each composite do the following

  1. Create the necessary session / sessions
  2. Create a booking to add attendees
  3. Set the linked order value to $0
  4. Assign trainers (as needed) to each course – (Can be done later)
  5. Add attendees to each booking as you get the information
