Logging a Call

Logging a call on an event opportunity

This guide will outline how to set a log a call on an opportunity.

Search for the Opportunity

This guide assumes you have already accessed the opportunity, if you have not done so please complete a search first.

Click on the logging a call tab

 

a: Ensure activity is selected

b: Click on ‘log a call’

c: click the recap your call field.

Enter details of the call

 

Select the name of the contact from the drop-down list.

 

Record notes and save

 

a: Comments: Record a recap of the call in the comments field.

Click on save

Upon completion

 

The details are recorded in the activities tab.
