Triggering Invoices
Typically invoices will trigger themselves, however there is certain criteria meaning they wont trigger.
- Is this booking prepaid – if so then invoice immediately
- Is the booking on account :
- Has the entire booking been assessed? (If no then no invoice is generated)
- Does the Account have a stop on automated invoicing? (If yes then no invoice is generated)
This guide will go through how to manually trigger invoices.
- Go to Opportunities
- Change the list view to “Training for Invoicing”
- Inspect each Opportunity and once happy to invoice.
- Change the stage to “Closed Won – Training Completed”
- Tick the “Ok to be Invoiced”
- Save the changes
This can be done in bulk
- Mark them for updating
- Change the status and select all records
- Update the “Ok to Invoice” for all records
- Save the changes *Don’t invoice more than 10 at once*
