Triggering Invoices

Typically invoices will trigger themselves, however there is certain criteria meaning they wont trigger.

  • Is this booking prepaid – if so then invoice immediately
  • Is the booking on account :
  • Has the entire booking been assessed? (If no then no invoice is generated)
  • Does the Account have a stop on automated invoicing? (If yes then no invoice is generated)

This guide will go through how to manually trigger invoices.

  1. Go to Opportunities
  2. Change the list view to “Training for Invoicing”

 

  1. Inspect each Opportunity and once happy to invoice.
  2. Change the stage to “Closed Won – Training Completed”
  3. Tick the “Ok to be Invoiced”
  4. Save the changes

 

This can be done in bulk

  1. Mark them for updating

 

  1. Change the status and select all records

 

  1. Update the “Ok to Invoice” for all records

 

  1. Save the changes *Don’t invoice more than 10 at once*
