Changing or adding a PCRN after a CITB order

Please see details below for updating or adding the PCRN number for invoicing on an order.

Steps

 

  1. Make the claim of CITB using the CITB website
  2. Go to Salesforce and the Opportunities Object

 

  1. Change the view to “Claiming CITB” or “Claiming CITB TASS Import”

 

  1. Locate the order where you need to either add or update the PCRN

 

  1. Edit the Purchase Order field

 

  1. Save the record change
  2. Trigger for invoicing if required.
