CITB Claiming Guide for Finance:

Instructions for Finance Team:

 

  1. Receive the claims document and find the documents
  2. Go to Salesforce and the Opportunities Object

 

  1. Change the view to “Claiming CITB” or “Claiming CITB TASS Import”

 

  1. Locate the correct PCRN

 

  1. Select up to 10 on the list

 

  1. Update the status as “Ok to be Invoiced” and update all selected items

 

  1. Update the Stage to “Closed Won – Training Completed”

 

  1. Save the Changes

 

  1. Process the next record
