Rescheduling a Booking

This guide outlines how to reschedule a booking from one course to another

A booking can only be transferred to a course of the same type (the same qualification). If the customer wants to transfer to a different type of course, you will need to cancel the current booking, process a refund (in accordance with the refund policy) and create a new booking.

1. Search for the booking

To search for the booking, click on the 9 dot icon on the top left corner of the screen, start entering 'booking' in the search field and click on Booking.

The Bookings screen is displayed. Use the filter and search function to locate the relevant booking. Click on the link in the Booking Name column.

2. Reschedule the booking

In the Booking screen, click the Reschedule Booking button.

The Current Product screen will display a list of courses with enough remaining seats to accommodate the number of attendees in the current booking. It will not display courses that do not have enough seats.

If required, click on the calendar to select a different month and click the Filter button.

Select the course you wish to transfer the booking to and click the Reschedule Course button. You are returned to the Booking screen

3. Confirm the change

The Booking screen displays the updated course details.

4. Results

  1. The Booking Contact for the booking will receive a notification email detailing the change.
  2. Any attendees already linked to the original booking will be moved to the new course.
  3. All attendees linked to the booking will receive a new course confirmation email, along with an attachment detailing their transferred enrollment to the new course.
