Rescheduling Attendees

This guide outlines how to reschedule one or more attendees on a course to a course on a different date.

For instructions on how to reschedule the entire booking (i.e. all attendees), see Rescheduling a Booking.  

The process outlined in this guide is also known as 'splitting' a booking. When splitting a booking, you can only transfer enrolled attendees, not empty seats.

1. Access the booking

To search for the booking, click on the 9 dot icon on the top left corner of the screen, start entering 'booking' in the search field and click on Booking.

The Bookings screen is displayed. Use the filter and search function to locate the relevant booking. Click on the link in the Booking Name column.

The Booking screen is displayed.

2. Reschedule the attendee(s)

In the Booking screen, click on the Attendees link in the Related List Quick Links.

The Attendees screen is displayed. Click the Booking Attendees button.

The Booking Details screen is displayed. In the Current Attendees section, select the attendee(s) you wish to transfer to another session and click the Reschedule Attendees button

The Current Product screen will display a list of courses with enough remaining seats to accommodate the new attendee(s). It will not display courses that do not have enough seats.  

If required, click on the calendar to select a different and click the Filter button.

Select the course you wish to transfer the attendee(s) to and click the Reschedule Course button. You are returned to the Booking screen.

3. Confirm the change

The Booking screen displays the updated course details for the attendee.

The attendee will receive a new course confirmation email, along with an attachment detailing their transferred enrollment to the new course.
