Student Arrival Process
This guide is designed to guide you through the student arrival process incorporating both data entry and the physical aspects required to be completed.
Once you have checked Student ID and marked them on the course roll hard copy, open the Course you are facilitating from your course list in Salesforce.
Select Attendees
Hover over the Attendees quick link.
Click on Manage Attendees.
Marking a Student as Attended
Select Update Attendance
Click on Update Attendance.
Confirm Attendance
Select the tick box for the student who has just arrived.
Click on Update Attendance again.
Note: Once this has been completed you cannot untick a student from the course attendance list. Double check you have selected the correct student before proceeding. If you select the incorrect attendee, you must untick a selection so that student attendance is not recorded. Selecting the Cancel button will not remove your selections.
Confirming/Editing Student Information
Select Attendee
Click on the Student Name.
Select Details
Select Details tab.
Select icon
Click on Pencil icon in the appropriate line to update the selected field.
Save
Update details as required.
Click on Save.
