Resending Certificate to Attendee (St John QLD Staff Only)

This article is for the use of St John QLD Training Staff only. 

It guides you through the steps of sending a copy of a student their certificate after they've attended the course and if the certificate was originally generated in the old SJ QLD Salesforce platform (pre January 2026).

Step 1: Navigate to the required Attendee record

Step 2: Scroll down the page and untick the checkbox: 'Certificate Delivered' and then click Save

Step 3: Go to the top-right corner of the screen and click Send Certificate

It's important from a Compliance perspective that you only perform these actions when the checkbox 'Certificate Delivered' has previously been checked / certificate was previously sent.
