Removing an Attendee

This guide outlines how to remove an attendee from a booking.

Please note: If you remove an attendee record, all information associated with that record will be deleted. For example, if the attendee has completed some of the pre-learning for the course, the record of their pre-learning will be deleted. This means if they are added back to the booking, they will need to complete their pre-learning again.

1. Access the booking

To search for the booking, click on the 9 dot icon on the top left corner of the screen, start entering 'booking' in the search field and click on Booking.

The Bookings screen is displayed. Use the filter and search function to locate the relevant booking. Click on the link in the Booking Name column.

2. Remove attendee from booking

In the Booking screen, click on the Attendees link in the Related List Quick Links.

The Attendees screen is displayed. Click the Booking Attendees button.

The Booking Details screen is displayed.  In the example below there are two attendees and no remaining spots in the booking

Click the Delete button in the row of the attendee you wish to remove.

After a short time (<10 seconds), the deleted student will be removed from the list of Current Attendees and the Remaining Spots will be updated. In the example below, there is one remaining spot after we have removed an attendee.

If the screen does not update, you can refresh the screen by pressing [Ctrl] + [R] on your keyboard.

Click the Back to Booking button.  The number of attendees and remaining spots will be updated in this screen.
