Student not on the Attendees List
This guide will outline how to manage in Salesforce an attendee whose name is not on the attendee list. The trainer will need to call their supervisor for further instructions. It is then mandatory to use Chatter to communicate this information about the attendee and the outcome to the customer service team.
Access your list of attendees
Please note: there are no names on this course on purpose.
a: Note the “Course ID Number”
b: Click on “Chatter Publisher”
Add “Chatter” note
It is important to include the following:
a: @ and the name of the person who will action the Chatter
b: Course Code and Course ID Number
c: The attendees name and other information that customer service can use to identify the attendee. Such as DOB, email address, USI # (if known), company details and or address
Click on “Share”
Upon completion of the notes
The Chatter will be visible in your Chatter feed
Customer service will then action accordingly
